The heart behind the heart of the organization, Taylour McDaniel is taking our CEC team to new levels here at ClearShift. While the Covid pandemic hit, Taylour was building the groundwork for the Customer Experience Center. With knowledge from previous work including call centers to selling cars before, Taylour has the experience to help build her team to its best potential. With sincerity with all of her team members, Taylour enthusiastically leads with her heart to make the CEC the catalyst of ClearShift’s exceptional customer service. If she isn’t helping develop her team, she is spending quality time at home with her husband and daughter!
